These terms of use (these “Terms”) apply to the iffgd.org website (the “Site”) operated by International Foundation for Gastrointestinal Disorders, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation (“IFFGD”, “us” “we”, or “our”).

These Terms are in addition to the Privacy Policy listed on the Site. Please read the Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

IFFGD is a registered nonprofit education and research organization. Our mission is to inform, assist, and support people affected by gastrointestinal disorders.

We are a Wisconsin nonstock, nonprofit corporation, qualified under the U.S. IRS code 501(c)3.

The information on this site is provided for information purposes and is in no way intended to replace the knowledge or diagnosis of your doctor. Our intention is to focus on overall health issues or strategies. For specific guidance regarding personal health questions, we advise consultation with a qualified health care professional familiar with your particular circumstances. We advise seeing a physician whenever a health problem arises requiring an expert’s care.

Articles that appear in IFFGD publications are written by members of our Advisory Board or other professionals. Many of these are referenced or reprinted on our web sites. All articles published by IFFGD are subject to review by members of our Editorial Board.

Web Linking Policy

We do not endorse any commercial products, services, or programs. We will consider links to noncommercial sites that include:

IFFGD reserves the right to determine the sites we will link to. To suggest your site, please send information about your organization as well as the web address to IFFGD.

Cookies

IFFGD sites use session (temporary) cookies for site visitors. When you register and sign in using your login and password, the cookie retains your identity across the site.
