2024 Rare Disease Day at NIH
Rare Disease Day® takes place worldwide,
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) affects up to 5-10 individuals worldwide. This year, you can help IFFGD raise awareness, promote understanding, and offer compassion to those living with IBS.
We invite you to join our social campaign using #IBSAwarenessMonth and #IBSDilemma.
With the help of patients, caregivers, and our Industry Council, IFFGD has created a survey to gain insight into the impact COVID-19 and the pandemic has had on the Gastrointestinal (GI) Illness population. We hope this will assist healthcare providers, law makers and industry partners on the future care of patients.
*Approximate time to take this survey is 7 minutes
IFFGD has been working with the International Working Group for the Classification of Oesophagitis (IWGCO) to create a survey to better understand the illness experience of those with Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (rGERD). Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (rGERD) is very common and may affect up to 40% of people who use a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) once daily. Approximate time to take this survey is 6 minutes
Join us for IFFGD’s annual Virtual Digestive Health Wellness & Walk held Saturday, July 6, 2024 – Saturday, July 13, 2024. This is a charitable event to raise money to support gastrointestinal illness research.
Like a traditional walk, participants register to be active to get credit for steps taken during the event. However, this event goes beyond a step goal by also awarding points to participants for self-care, wellness, and outreach activities. #Moves4GIhealth24
