What is a Support Group?

Support groups listed on this site are groups of individuals with common concerns who meet together, with the guidance of a facilitator, to share experiences and learn about managing or treating their disorders.

For listing, we ask that support groups be: 

1. Facilitated by a health care professional AND
2. Associated with a professional facility such as a hospital or clinic.
